DEPARTMENT OF APPLIED SCIENCES & HUMANITIES

We always intend to impart knowledge and develop skill sets of students to become promising engineers in future

Mechanical Engineering

The field has continually evolved to incorporate advancements in technology, and mechanical engineers today are pursuing developments in such fields as composites, mechatronics, and nanotechnology.

Civil Engineering

Civil engineers would be required in town planning and constructions of residential, commercial, office complex, bridges, roads, sewerage, dams etc.

Information Technology

Information technology is a general term that describes any technology that helps to produce, communicate, store, protect, process, transmit, and retrieve information.

Electrical Engineering

The Electrical Engineering Department offers courses leading to a Bachelor of ENGINEERING in Electrical Engineering.

Computer Sciences

The program is built on strong foundations in computer science. Computer science Engineering (CSE) is the study of the theoretical foundations of information and computation, and of practical techniques for their implementation and application in computer systems.

Electronic and Communication

Every fact of life today is impacted by electronics in one way or other. Either it is computers (Hardware) or communication (Multimedia) or a control, electronics is the link.

    About the Mechanical
  • Mechanical engineering is a discipline of engineering that applies the principles of physics and materials science for analysis, design, manufacturing, and maintenance of mechanical systems. It is the branch of engineering that involves the production and usage of heat and mechanical power for the design, production, and operation of machines and tools.[1] It is one of the oldest and broadest engineering disciplines.

  • Mechanical engineering emerged as a field during the industrial revolution in Europe in the 19th century; however, its development can be traced back several thousand years around the world. The field has continually evolved to incorporate advancements in technology, and mechanical engineers today are pursuing developments in such fields as composites, mechatronics, and nanotechnology. Mechanical engineering overlaps with aerospace engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, and petroleum engineering to varying amounts.
