She is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Management of Institute of Professional Studies, Gwalior. She is graduated in Commerce in 2007 and also done Bed in 2015 from I.C College for Women, MDU (Rohtak). She has completed her MBA in 2009 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and MA Economics in 2017 from MDU, Rohtak. She is four times UGC NET qualified in 2018 & 2019. And currently she is perusing PhD in Management from Jiwaji University Gwalior. She has worked as PGT Economics in Rao Man Singh Public School, Najafgarh New Delhi. She has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of management, Institute of Professional Studies in 2018. She is also working as a guest faculty at NIOS, Noida since 2017. She has attended various workshops and seminars and also has a research publication.

She is working as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Professional Studies Gwalior. She has been awarded Ph.d.(Management) in jan 2025 and also,cleared UGC-NET 2018 in Management. She has done B. Com from Jiwaji University, MBA from ITM University, Gwalior. She had also, cleared CA-IPCC both groups in first attempt separately in 2013.

Mr. Sandeep Bhadoria is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and Commerce at IPS Group of Colleges. Mr. Bhadoria’s academic journey and professional experience make him an invaluable asset to any institution. Mr. Sandeep Bhadoria served as Assistant Professor at Shriram Group of Colleges for around a year. Mr. Sandeep Bhadoria holds an MBA from ITM University (Gwalior), where he was awarded the Gold Medal for his outstanding academic performance. He has also earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from MCU University (Bhopal), and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Prestige Institute of Management and Research, Gwalior.
In addition to his academic qualifications, Mr. Bhadoria has qualified for the UGC-NET in the Management subject, further cementing his expertise in the field. Before joining Shriram Group of Colleges, he gained valuable industry experience by freelancing for a Human Resource Management company, where he worked as a Human Resource Executive in the hiring department. His practical knowledge of HR practices and recruitment processes greatly enriches his teaching and research.

Parul Asati is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Institute of Professional Studies, Gwalior. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a DCA. He completed his MBA at Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management from Amity University, Gwalior. Throughout his career and doctoral studies, he has attended various workshops, seminars, conferences, and FDPs. He has also published research papers and book chapters in national and international journals, including Scopus, Springer, and Wiley.

She is working as an  Assistant Professor in the department of management of institute of professional studies, Gwalior. She graduated with a bachelor of science in 2012 and also completed a master degree MBA in HR & INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS in 2015 from the Institute of Professional Studies. She worked for 6+ years in the corporate sector Nexa Maruti Suzuki as an HR admin manager. She has more than 6+ years of experience in corporate sector.

She is working as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Professional Studies Gwalior. She has completed her Post Doctorate in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2022. She completed her Ph.d. in Management in the specialization Finance in 2018. More than 7 years of teaching experience in this field.Co-Organised three days International Conference on “Digital Strategies for Organizational Success” on 5-7 th January, 2019 and had a contribution in Editing a Conference Proceedings of 10th International Conference in the form of e-book titled “Digital Strategies for Organizational Success” ISBN No. 978-93-5311-464-0 published by SSRN Elsevier. More than 10 National and International research papers are published in the reputed journals. She has recently completed a project, funded by ICSSR organization in Social Sciences. She is also certified by the NPTEL Online Certification (Funded by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) for successful completion of the course “Project Management for Managers” conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
