He is the founder faculty member of the Dept. of Management (joined the Institute on 27th December 2007).
He has served in various companies, to name a few - two foreign banks namely Bank of America and standard Chartered Bank for almost 6 years in Mumbai. He has 11 years of teaching, research and administrative experience.
He has published several research papers in the National and International Journals. He has also attended conferences / workshops / FDPs in the past. He has been appointed as Principal twice by the management of the Institute. Presently he is heading the Management Department and also has the charge of Vice-Principal.
He is also counsellor and supervisor for IGNOU MBA program since 2004. He has been appointed as the examiner / paper setter by University and reputed Institutes. He is the life member of All India management Association (AIMA). His area of interests are Consumer Behavior and Service Marketing.

He is fairly exposed to corporate as well as academics.His stint with corporate spans over 6 years during which he served organizations like BhartiTelenet (AIRTEL) and Bajaj Allianz in different sub-verticals like Sales, Customer Relationship, Billing and Credit Control and Corporate Training.During his stay with corporate he developed modules to train fresh entrants in the field of Selling and Objection handling Skills
His stint in academics also spans over 6 years during which he has been associated with different reputed institutes He was adjudged the Best Management Faculty and was conferred ACE PERFORMER AWARD in Sept.2008 during his earlier assignment in academics.
Conulting also keeps him busy and in past few years he was consulted by Indian Oil co. Gwalior Unit and Auto-Prints,a south India based co. for enhancing the effectiveness of their distribution networks. He has been counseler of IGNOU and also a Paper Setter and Evaluator for Jiwaji Universitys courses. He has also written several research papers for different journals.

She joined the institute in July 2008. She obtained Master of Business Administration(HR) from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2006. She has 5 years of teaching experince. She qualified NET, June 2010 in the subject of HR.
Her area of interest are Human Resource Management, Labour Legeslation, Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations.
She has presented various research papers in area of HR and got published 01 paper.

She has joined the Institute in September 2009. She has 4 years of teaching experience.
She has obtained her Master in Business Administration form Institute of Commerce and management Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2007. Her area of interest are HRM and Industrial relations.
