Dr. Umesh Sharma is an experienced academician and student-centered educator with over 20 years of teaching, counseling, and research experience in the field of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.

He holds a Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, and has qualified UGC-NET in Labour Welfare, PM/IR, and HRM. His academic journey is enriched by teaching and leadership roles at reputed institutions including Marwadi University (Rajkot), Sri Balaji Society (Pune), Thakur Institute of Management Studies & Research (Mumbai), and ABV-IIITM (Gwalior). A passionate advocate of holistic education aligned with NEP 2020, Dr. Sharma has designed innovative academic practices such as Micro-Mindfulness for daily focus, “Know Your Company -KYC”, "Know Your Industry -KYI" and "Know your Icon"for corporate readiness, and role-model-based personality development modules. In order to develop 'Whole Student' (Affective, Cognitive and Physical Development), he also conceived and established an EQ Development Cell in Marwadi University, Rajkot and has designed a specialized programmes including a 'Mindfulness Certification Course' and an open elective on Emotional Intelligence for Success and Happiness. With a strong commitment to student growth, well-being, and employability, Dr. Sharma continues to inspire learners by blending academic rigor with emotional and social learning, preparing them for success in today’s dynamic world. Currently, He is working on a project to establish a "Happiness Centre - आनंदम केन्द्र" in IPS group of Colleges to build a intrinsically happy community of students and faculty and staff.

is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at IPS-College of Technology and Management, Gwalior. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Jiwaji University, Gwalior, he embarked on his academic journey and obtained his MBA specializing in HRM from Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior. Further he culminated his academic pursuits by earning his PhD in Management, from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

His quest for knowledge has led him to participate in numerous workshops, faculty development programs (FDPs), and online courses, Noteworthy among these are his certifications from prestigious institutions such as FDP on AMOS conducted by IIM Visakhapatnam, HR Analytics Tools, ABV-IIITM, Gwalior, various Case writing workshops including IMI Bhubaneswar. Attended various Training Programs on Statistical Analysis with Excel and SPSS, RFI -CARE, participated in the Refresher course from Delhi University [MOOCS] Ministry of Education, Government of India.

Prior to joining IPS-College of Technology and Management, he contributed his expertise for eight years at Jain College, Gwalior. It was during this period that his passion for teaching and research blossomed. His research papers are published in various Journals of national and International repute.

Dr. Abhishek Dixit has also delved into the practical realms of industry, having worked with firms such as V-Customer and Co-branding (COBRA) [An Australian fund raising firm] for a cumulative period of more than two years. His areas of interest in teaching and research are Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Business Communication and Industrial Laws

She is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Management of Institute of Professional Studies, Gwalior. She is graduated in Commerce in 2007 and also done Bed in 2015 from I.C College for Women, MDU (Rohtak). She has completed her MBA in 2009 from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra and MA Economics in 2017 from MDU, Rohtak. She is four times UGC NET qualified in 2018 & 2019. And currently she is perusing PhD in Management from Jiwaji University Gwalior. She has worked as PGT Economics in Rao Man Singh Public School, Najafgarh New Delhi. She has joined as Assistant Professor in the Department of management, Institute of Professional Studies in 2018. She is also working as a guest faculty at NIOS, Noida since 2017. She has attended various workshops and seminars and also has a research publication.

Mrs. Preeti Bhargava holds the position of Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, IPS College of Technology & Management, Gwalior. She embarked on her academic journey by completing her Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Prestige Institute of Management, Gwalior, laying a strong foundation in the field of technology and management. Continuing her pursuit of academic excellence, she furthered her studies at the same institute, obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Currently, Mrs. Bhargava is dedicated to expanding her scholarly horizons as she is pursuing Ph.D. in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior.

She is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He is working as Assistant Professor in Institute of Professionals Studies, Gwalior. He completed his MBA and MA in Sociology from Jiwaji University, Gwalior. He has submitted his Ph.D thesis in Management and soon it will be awarded. He has almost 7 years of experience in Academic. He presented 5 research papers and attended various national and international conferences. He has also published 3 research papers in reputed National and International Journals.

Dr. Sanjeev Khare has Completed Post Doctoral Fellow SOS in Management Jiwaji University Gwalior in 2022. He obtained his Ph.d degree in Management from Jiwaji University Gwalior in the year of 2016. He has 10 year of teaching experience & 8 years of research experience. He has completed Faculty Development Programme from IIM Indore. He has published more than 20 research papers in National and International Journals. He has presented more than 40 research paper in National and International Conference & Seminars. He has attended more than 10 National Research Methodology workshops from IIT, IIM, & BHU. His area of specialization is Marketing & HR. She is working as an  Assistant Professor in the department of management of institute of professional studies,Gwalior. She worked for 6+ years in the corporate sector Nexa Maruti Suzuki as an HR admin manager. She has more than 6+ years of experience in corporate sector.

She is working as an Assistant Professor in Institute of Professional Studies Gwalior. She has completed her Post Doctorate in Management from Jiwaji University, Gwalior in 2022. She completed her Ph.d. in Management in the specialization Finance in 2018. More than 7 years of teaching experience in this field. Co-Organised three days International Conference on “Digital Strategies for Organizational Success” on 5-7 th  January, 2019  and had a contribution in Editing a Conference Proceedings of 10 th  International Conference in the form of e-book titled “Digital Strategies for Organizational Success” ISBN No. 978-93-5311-464-0 published by SSRN Elsevier. More than 10 National and International research papers are published in the reputed journals. She has recently completed a project, funded by ICSSR organization in Social Sciences.   She is also certified by the NPTEL Online Certification (Funded by Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India) for successful completion of the course “Project Management for Managers” conducted by Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.
