T&P Cell → T & P Objectives
    The Cell is managed by Head- Training and Placement, a professional with a commendable experience in the industry and academics. The Cell functions with the following objectives:

  • To arrange for on-campus recruitment drives by well known companies for the pre-final and final year students of different colleges.

  • To fill the gaps between the industry’s expectations and the individual’s caliber by devising value-added programs, soft skills training, personality development programs, etc.

  • To maintain industry institute relationship to identify the industry needs and expectations and to train the students suitably.

  • To conduct one-to-one career exploration and impart career development counseling.

  • To identify the students’ strength and enhance their self-confidence.

  • To provide industrial and academic exposure to the students by arranging lectures by experts from different fields, and conduct workshops, seminars, etc.
